Designed with the intent to serve a novelist as her off-grid retreat, this small cabin disconnects itself from the internet and the world to immerse visitors into the depths of nature. The structure is primarily built from Michigan-sourced timber and poured concrete, while the rest of the building uses frameless floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors.
