Why can’t green architecture be cheap and/or easy? Well, it can! Originally designed as an experimental concept for Macomb County’s
Habitat for Humanity, this LEED House features a semi-modular design, significantly lowering the
life-cycle cost of the structure. The modules can be pre-fabricated off-site and be used in a myriad
of designs, significantly lowering the costs of an otherwise outlandish construction project.
