Modern Townhomes
Year Designed: 2015
One of my earliest project, these modern townhouses looks toward a future of affordability, walkability, and community. At approximately 1,500 square feet, they feature 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and living and dining spaces. The modular design significantly lowers construction costs, while solar roofs and mini-split systems lower long-term operation costs for residents. All townhouses back up to a communal backyard, which is adorned with tables and a central fountain.
